Subscription Account Holders are those who have, in addition to creating a free Membership account, purchased a Listing Plan from Healthiest Employers, LLC. In order to accept payment, Healthiest Employers, LLC collects name, address, phone, and credit card information from the Subscription Account Holder. By purchasing a Listing Plan, you acknowledge that any information you post on your listing will be made public.
